Our Role On My Funny Valentine

For the nonprofit Garry Marshall Theatre’s winter fundraising concert, "My Funny Valentine," BDL was responsible for the Associate Lighting Design and programming. Our team crafted a sophisticated atmosphere to complement Broadway star Joseph Leo Bwarie—the record-holding "Frankie Valli" of Jersey Boys as he performed alongside his elite 9-piece Good Stuff Band. By blending intimate theatrical lighting with the high-energy demands of a big-band pop performance, BDL ensured that every note from this "Seriously Sinatra" artist and his Grammy-nominated musicians was supported by a visual production that resonated with the theater’s audience.
